+ - 2/ Which countries are delivered by Camalya?
Camalya ships worldwide. Shipping costs vary from country to country. For Metropolitan France, Standard Shipping and Insurance are offered.
+ - 3/ How long does it take to deliver my Camalya order?
In France, Standard Delivery ensures delivery of your package in 3 to 5 working days from the date of shipment and 48h Express Delivery ensures delivery of your package in 2 working days from the date of shipment. Shipping takes place within 48 to 72 hours.
In the rest of the world, delivery times vary between 3 and 10 working days depending on the country of delivery.
+ - 4/ How do I track the delivery of my Camalya order?
An email will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped with a tracking number. You will be able to follow directly the progress of your delivery!
+ - 5/ I did not receive an order confirmation after my purchase. What should I do?
If you have not received the email confirming your order, please check your junk mail first.

+ - 6/ How can I return or exchange a product ordered on the Camalya website?
You can return any unsold product ordered on our site within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order. The product must be be returned in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by the delivery note. The items must not be used, worn or washed. An altered item cannot be refunded.
In order to make a request for an exchange or refund, we invite you to contact our Customer Service from the Contact Form below by specifying your order number.
The return costs are at the customer's expense.
Any purchase made on our online shop can in no case be exchanged or refunded at one of our retailers.
+ - 7/ How long does it take to get a refund?
You will receive an email to notify you of the refund when we have received your package in our workshops. Refunds are made within 2 to 7 days after receipt of the item.
+ - 8/ What makes my Camalya product unique?
Most of our products are handmade. Dozens of different people work together to make Camalya products by hand. Therefore, there may be a slight dissimilarity of a few millimetres on the width of a bag or the edge of a hat for example. But don't worry, it is precisely the handmade nature of your product that makes it so charming!
+ - 9/ How do I maintain my Camalya product?
Camalya products are made mainly or exclusively from natural materials. A natural material lives, so you must be careful about how you care for the product. Do not entrust your product to a professional who is not familiar with the fibre concerned (wool, cotton, raffia, etc.). Also follow carefully the pictograms indicated on the composition label. Overexposure to the sun, rain or snow can alter your product. So make sure you take good care of it, by keeping your product away from light, heat and humidity.
